A rural youngster from India named Pavitr Prabhakar travels to Mumbai with his aunt Maya and uncle Bhim to pursue his education after receiving a partial scholarship. His parents passed away a few years prior. He was aware that his uncle Bhim was having a difficult time supporting him and his aunt Maya while also making ends meet. Only Meera Jain, a classmate, made an effort to get to know him.
