Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong have a child named Skaar. Skaar was in a cocoon that dropped into the lake of fire after Caiera passed away. He eventually emerged from the cocoon and appeared to be a little boy of human age. After a year, he seemed to have matured into a teenager and had spent time in the marshes with Old Sam, who after finding him worked to nurture, instruct, and guide him.
